Mr. Nate is returning for his 5th year at Brookside Charter School.  This will be his first year as head coach of the BCS track team, although he has worked with the track team every year.  You can also find Mr. Nate holding down the parking lot in the name of students safety.  Mr. Nate’s mission is to share his love of track with the kids, help students build each other up, expose students to new experiences and have fun. Mr. Nate is married to Mrs. Twyman and they love spending time together being outdoors when Mr. Nate is not at his full time job.  They have two sons and the whole family loves Brookside Charter School.

Coach Hake is beginning her 6th year at Brookside, and her second year of coaching track. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2008. Coach Hake played soccer for 13 years and was involved with choir and theater during high school. In college, Coach studied in the Institute for Urban Education. Brookside is the only school that Coach Hake has worked at and she loves working here. Coach Hake is the head adviser for the National Junior Honor Society. She looks forward to pushing the athletes to be the best they can be.

Dustin comes from Tulsa, Ok where he attended Booker T. Washington High school. During high school Dustin participated in 4 Oklahoma state championships games in football and basketball. Coach Wiley Attended Pittsburg State University in Kansas on an athletic scholarship and was an MIAA all conference performer his senior season.Dustin Graduated with a Bachelor of science in Physical Education and Master’s in Educational Leadership. This is Dustin’s first year coaching at Brookside and fifth year in his career. His coaching resume includes high school and youth football combines, basketball camps, varsity basketball, and track. Coach Wiley is excited about being at Brookside and will strive to taking the program to new heights.
