Brookside Charter School believes that the health and safety of our students, staff and families is our number one priority during this global pandemic. We continue to follow and consult with local health agencies such as the CDC, Jackson County Health Department and the Kansas City Health Department to ensure we are doing everything we can to decrease the spread of COVID-19.
Frequent handwashing and/or sanitizing.
Drinking fountains have been turned off and water bottle filling stations have been installed.
All students, staff, families and visitors entering the building are required to wear masks.
Frequent disinfecting of high contact areas with certified COVID grade cleaner.
Social distancing implemented as often as possible especially when masks cannot be worn (ex: eating.)
