Hello Future Brookside Bears,
Welcome to Brookside Charter School! We are excited to offer your student a seat for the 2023-24 school year!
Please follow ALL steps below to complete your child’s enrollment with our school.
1.  You will need to go to the BCS Tyler SIS Parent login: bc.sisk12.net
  • Click “Parent”
  • Click “Register New Family”
  • Enter your email address (A link will be sent to your email address)
  • Complete application (Make sure ALL forms are completed)
2.  The following documents will need to be submitted as a part of your application process.
Please collect these documents and take a picture of them prior to beginning step 1. There will be a place to upload these documents in the SIS application.
  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Guardian ID
  • Two Proofs of Residency
Acceptable Proofs of Residency (2 required)
  • Rental Agreement
  • Lease
  • Deed
(All items below must be dated within the past 30 days)
  • Mortgage Statement
  • Water Bill*
  • Gas Bill*
  • Electric Bill*
*Utilities must be dated within the past thirty days, in the name of the parent/legal guardian, name/address must be printed in the “service at” line and cannot read “final bill”.
ALL of the above steps will need to be completed within 5 days of accepting your offer in order to secure your child’s seat.
